DOS
- Use the "Notes" tab to take notes whenever you come across difficult words or special sentence structures. You'll find your notes very helpful when preparing for your language tests.
- Translate the text into your own language to help you understand.
- Set a study schedule for yourself to learn with this App everyday.
- Look up dictionary for new words.
- Learn step by step.
- Be patient with your progress.
DON'TS
- Set your goal for too high.
- Push yourself too hard.
- Be too aggressive.
- Cram yourself before the exam.
- Focus on practising with sample papers before building up enough ability. This can discourage your learning motivation. Sometimes, being hard working doesn't guarantee expected rewards.
EXPECTED OUTCOME
Free practices are available in this App and more will be provided daily. If you study them all, you can expect to upgrade 0.5 levels in, for example, IELTS in 2 months. Let's say you are at Level 3 now, and you study everyday with this App, it takes you only 6 to 8 months to get to level 5. The more skills you have learned, the faster will be your progress.
Don't worry about learning too slow at the beginning because this is of the same concept as a baby learning to crawl, then walk and run. You will gradually be able to learn much faster at a later stage.
